Job Description

Links ABA Therapy, a collaborative and child-centered ABA provider, is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA therapist in Marlboro, MA. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA to build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will collect accurate behavior data, follow behavior intervention plans, and work closely with families and a multidisciplinary clinical team. Links ABA Therapy offers ongoing training, supervision, and a growth-focused environment where you can develop your ABA skills while making a meaningful impact on children and their families. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA using evidence-based ABA strategies Collect and record accurate behavior and skills data during sessions Follow behavior intervention plans and reinforcement procedures consistently Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families to support treatment goals Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills Support daily living, communication, and social skills development for clients Maintain professional, child-centered, and ethical therapeutic practices Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Behavior intervention plan implementation Reinforcement and prompting procedures Crisis prevention and de-escalation basics Collaboration with clinical teams and families Basic functional communication training techniques Use of session notes and electronic documentation systems Understanding of autism spectrum disorder characteristics Time management and session planning
