Job Overview At Holistik Therapy, we believe some of the most meaningful clinical work happens outside of a traditional office. Our Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinicians work directly with children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. This is a flexible, community-based role for clinicians who value autonomy while still wanting to feel connected to a supportive clinical team. You'll work with youth and families around emotional, behavioral, relational, and family challenges while providing individualized therapy that meets families where they are. We provide clinical supervision, ongoing support, flexibility in choosing cases, and a team that is available when you need us. We want our clinicians to feel supported in doing good work—not micromanaged while doing it. What You'll Do Provide Intensive In-Community therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities. Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with youth and caregivers. Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment goals based on the needs of each youth and family. Use evidence-based and clinically appropriate interventions based on your training, experience, and the presenting needs of the family. Support youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, family, school, and community challenges. Provide family-focused interventions and help caregivers strengthen skills that support progress outside of sessions. Collaborate with caregivers, care managers, Behavioral Assistants, schools, and other members of the youth's treatment team when appropriate. Participate in clinical supervision and consultation. Complete required clinical documentation within established timeframes and in accordance with CSOC and Holistik Therapy requirements.
