PM Salary:

$55,000-$70,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications Join Our Growing Behavioral Health Team Unity Place of Monmouth County is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. This position provides individual and group therapy to adults receiving treatment for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders in our Partial Care , Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Provide crisis intervention and clinical support when appropriate Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, peer recovery specialists, and community providers Educate clients and families on recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and available community resources Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with New Jersey licensing regulations

Qualifications:

Required Active New Jersey LSW or LAC license in good standing Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing behavioral health services (internship experience considered) Knowledge of mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Preferred Experience in Partial Care , Intensive Outpatient (IOP), or Outpatient treatment settings Experience facilitating individual and group therapy Experience working with adults diagnosed with co-occurring disorders Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and NJSAMS documentation Training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or other evidence-based treatment modalities Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Why Join Unity Place?
