TRI-COUNTY, MORRIS, SUSSEX, PASSAIC,HUDSON, AND

BERGEN COUNTY.

The Intensive In-Community Interventionist provides individualized, community-based support to children, adolescents, and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, or social challenges. This role focuses on helping clients develop coping skills, improve communication, strengthen family relationships, and work toward treatment goals. The ideal candidate is compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact through innovative therapeutic approaches. Duties Provide individualized, needs-based behavioral health interventions tailored to the youth and family's treatment goals. Conduct services in the home or community at times and locations that are convenient and appropriate for the family. Asses presenting emotional and behavioral concerns and implement focused, measurable interventions. Promote stabilization and successful community functioning with the goal of preventing or reducing the need for higher levels of care. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Facilitate intake processes for new clients through detailed patient assessments and medical documentation procedures. Maintain client communication with empathy while adhering to clinical documentation standards for medical records and treatment summaries.

•Free clinical supervision with a minimum case load.

•Supervision Reimbursement. Qualifications Valid state license as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW,LSW,LAC) with active certification to practice psychotherapy independently. Proven experience working with children and youth therapy as well as individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong communication, documentation and clinical skills. At least (1) one year of experience working with youth and families. Join us in transforming lives through compassionate social services! Pay:

$75.00 - $90.00 per hour
