Licensed Psychotherapist - Flexible Contract Role (Telehealth & In-Person) Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled independently licensed therapist to join our growing outpatient practice. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and immediate access to clients. Providers may choose to conduct sessions via telehealth, in-person, or a hybrid model. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy using evidence-based clinical approaches Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Build strong therapeutic alliances through empathy, active listening, and collaboration Deliver care across telehealth and/or in-office settings based on client and clinician preference Qualifications Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, etc.) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a private caseload Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment and professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Fully flexible scheduling (choose your caseload and hours) Immediate client referrals provided—no need to build a caseload Telehealth and in-person options Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, intake coordination handled for you) Independent contractor role with full clinical autonomy Collaborative and supportive team environment HIPAA-compliant documentation platform (SimplePractice) Meaningful opportunity to serve a diverse community in need of mental health care
