55% of services billed Position Summary Our outpatient behavioral health facility is seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Assessment Therapist to provide behavioral health assessments for patients at our East Liverpool, Ohio office. This position is specifically focused on patient assessments and evaluations . The therapist will not be responsible for ongoing patient management or routine follow-up care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations Obtain and document relevant mental health, medical, and psychosocial history Evaluate presenting symptoms and behavioral health needs Develop appropriate clinical impressions and recommendations Complete assessment documentation in the facility's electronic health record Communicate assessment findings and recommendations with the clinical team as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Follow all applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications Must be a licensed therapist Appropriate Ohio licensure and credentials to provide behavioral health services Experience conducting behavioral health or mental health assessments preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation The selected therapist will receive 55% of services billed out for assessments personally performed.
