Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for Community Counseling Solutions in Arlington, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in a community-based setting Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team Practice with clinical autonomy while supported by an experienced behavioral health team Join a mission-driven organization serving rural Oregon communities

COMPENSATION

$73,900-$111,600 Annual Salary $4,000 Relocation Assistance

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities WHY LMFTs
