Private Practice Therapist - Now Hiring (Licensed or Pre‑Licensed) Magnolia Counseling is a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care. We have been providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families for the last 10 years. Clinicians here enjoy the benefits of private practice without the isolation: steady referrals, administrative support, and a team that genuinely cares about you and your work. Position Overview We are seeking a warm, motivated therapist to join our private practice. Both licensed and pre‑licensed therapists are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision is available for those working toward licensure. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with children and adolescents. This is a W‑2 or 1099 position, depending on your preference, with flexible scheduling and the ability to work primarily in‑person. Responsibilities Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence‑based approaches Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress Participate in team meetings, consultations, or supervision as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing boards Maintain a consistent caseload aligned with your interests and goals Qualifications Required Master's degree or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology) Active state license or pre‑licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC) Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to culturally responsive care Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Preferred Experience providing therapy in outpatient or private practice settings Training in specialized modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, EFT, ACT) What We Offer Competitive compensation with growth potential Flexible scheduling to support work‑life balance Steady stream of referrals Administrative support (billing, scheduling, marketing) Beautiful office space and/or telehealth platform Clinical supervision for pre‑licensed clinicians Opportunities for professional development and consultation
