This full-time position focuses on providing individual, couples, or family psychotherapy to diverse populations in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic assessments, and psychosocial evaluations. Formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals. Provide high-quality individual, group, couples, or family therapy using established clinical modalities. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries) within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Coordinate care with external providers, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and community resources when appropriate. Participate in regular clinical peer consultations, clinical supervision, and staff meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted clinical license in PA (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD). C andidates with the ability to sit for the LSW exam will also be considered.
Benefits & Compensation Salary Range:
$58,000 - $70,000 annually (depending on license type and experience).
