$45.00 - $65.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups with mental health or substance use diagnoses. Services are delivered using person-centered, recovery-focused, and evidence-based approaches in office, home, school, or other approved community settings. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy using a variety of treatment modalities. Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, schools, insurance providers, legal representatives, and other members of the treatment team. Complete all clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing documentation, within required timelines. Track treatment authorizations and ensure compliance with payer requirements. Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, peer reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with state, federal, payer, and organizational standards. Provide services only at approved practice locations. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Active Pennsylvania licensure as one of the following:
LPC LSW LCSW LMFT
Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) Minimum of 2 years of clinical mental health experience (post-master's preferred). Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic criteria. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems. Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania criminal background, FBI, and child abuse clearances.
