Description Open to:
Contractor, Part-Time and Full-Time Salt & Light Psychological Services seeks a licensed therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy for individuals across the lifespan, including clinical screening, assessment, and treatment planning. Conduct psychotherapy intakes using trauma‑informed, client‑centered approaches. Deliver ongoing individual, family, and/or couples therapy, utilizing modalities such as CBT and motivational interviewing. Collaborate with physicians, schools, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional practice guidelines. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and continuing education to strengthen clinical competencies. (Licensed Psychologists only): Psychologists will also conduct psychological/psychoeducational testing and assessment, including test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing, as part of their clinical role. Requirements Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas. 3+ years of clinical experience providing therapy in outpatient, community mental health, or similar settings. Strong skills in psychotherapy intakes, treatment planning, crisis assessment, and managing complex cases. Ability to engage clients with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong clinical judgment. Geriatric experience a plus. (Licensed Psychologists only): Must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.
D.) from an APA‑accredited university/program. Work Hours May require some weekends and later hours based on caseload; schedule can be augmented to accommodate.
