This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of

Work Environment This remote position allows you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your home while being part of a supportive and inclusive team. You will have access to our telehealth platform, which facilitates virtual appointments and enables seamless communication with clients and colleagues. With scheduled regular business hours, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate client availability. Our multidisciplinary approach encourages teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in various responsibilities, including but not limited to: Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans. Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth platform with an emphasis on building therapeutic relationships and fostering trust with clients. Collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive approach to client care, ensuring that all aspects of an individual's treatment are synchronized. Responding promptly to crisis situations, offering necessary support and intervention for clients experiencing acute distress. Participating in community outreach programs to raise mental health awareness and educate the public on available resources and services. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will focus on a diverse population, ranging from children to adults, who may experience conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our clients come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and it is imperative that you approach each individual with sensitivity and understanding, ensuring equitable access to therapy and support. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, demonstrating a solid foundation in theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients, while fostering a safe space for their therapeutic journey. Show cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele, recognizing and responding to varied individual needs. Possess strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation while managing a client caseload effectively. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or telehealth services will be given preference. Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is also a plus.
