Key Responsibilities As an LMFT at our center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Performing comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, determining appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs. Designing and implementing personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to address unique challenges and goals of each client. Leading both individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth. Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists to deliver holistic care to clients. Providing educational resources and guidance to clients' families to support their understanding and involvement in the healing process. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families seeking guidance on relationship issues, communication difficulties, and family dynamics. You will engage with a diverse clientele, which may include couples, parents, and children, all navigating their unique challenges. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish a trusting and secure therapeutic rapport with clients. Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and emotions. Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Working with diverse populations and a variety of presenting issues related to family therapy. Utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy settings, particularly in addiction recovery. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and certifications.
