Part-time ABA Therapist / Special Educator / RBT - Private School Setting

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Special Educator, RBT, or ABA therapist to join our team at TJC! The position is 7:45am-3:30pm, Tuesday through Friday (4 days per week). We follow our partner school's calendar throughout the school year, closing for school holidays, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and Spring Break. We are open 7 weeks throughout the summer. Description The Jeremiah Center, LLC is a Christian behavioral health provider specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our services are designed to meet the broad scope of needs of learners in a positive environment. We serve children from birth through 8th grade on the campus of Salem Lutheran School. We are seeking an RBT or ABA therapist to serve elementary-aged students in the 1:1 setting, TJC Academy small group setting, and large group inclusive setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Follow clients' treatment plans including academic instruction, skills acquisition, and behavior reduction protocols Work closely with clients' BCBA and general education teachers to promote success across settings Collect data and properly document insurance session notes Collaborate with other clinical staff to foster excellence in our delivery of services and workplace culture
Requirements:
Certification as an RBT by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or willingness to complete certification upon hire A love for children and desire to make a difference in their lives Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with clients and professionals Ability to work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships with coworkers Adherence to organizational policies and procedures and
