Who We Are:
Founded in 2022 by Sarah MacCombie CMHC, OTL, and Angela Breeland COTA, our clinic is committed to providing outpatient services for adults, children, couples, throuples+, and families with ADHD, autism, cPTSD/PTSD, post-concussion syndrome, aquired brain injury and other mental health conditions. Our multidisciplinary team includes clinical mental health counselors, social work therapists, occupational therapists, marriage and family therapists, certified life coaches, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.
Our Approach:
We employ a diverse range of evidence-based modalities including somatic therapy, Gestalt, CBT, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, guided breathing and meditation, guided imagery, transpersonal therapy, narrative therapy, attachment-based therapy, art therapy, shadow work, and inner child work. Our goal is to address mental health comprehensively and holistically while empowering our clients to navigate life's challenges with self-love and self-acceptance.

Therapist Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a therapist interested in working with neurodivergent and mixed neurotype individuals, couples and/or families We will build up your schedule to full-time, (20 minimum client sessions, and 26 hours of availability a week minimum for full time benefits) You'll provide neurodivergent, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affirming trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples+, children or families in-person in our office or on telehealth Work tasks include completing intake assessments and evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress reports and discharge reports. Attend clinical meetings, clinical growth meetings, and professional development meetings We ask all therapists to work at least 2 evening shifts a week Complete all documentation within 24 hrs on Ensora Accommodations available
Requirements:
Associate or Fully licensed therapists (Psy
D, CMHC, LCSW, LMFT
) Must be affirming of neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled clients Must be comfortable providing services by video chat or phone as well as in person
