Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological needs.\n Develop and implement effective treatment plans that are personalized to support the unique journeys of clients in hospice.\n Provide individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities aimed at fostering psychological resilience and exploring coping mechanisms.\n Establish therapeutic goals and monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary.\n Deliver teletherapy services to accommodate client accessibility challenges, ensuring that support remains uninterrupted.\n Document sessions and treatment plans meticulously to maintain ethical standards and ensure the integrity of care delivered.\n Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n This role primarily focuses on clients within hospice care, addressing the psychological aspects of grief, terminal illness, and the transition process. Therapists will work closely with patients and their families to facilitate open conversations about emotions, fears, and coping strategies, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n\n Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).\n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.\n Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental outlook in facilitating difficult conversations.\n Strong organizational and time management skills to handle caseloads efficiently while ensuring high-quality care.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings, particularly in mental health roles.\n Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.\n Previous experience conducting therapy for individuals facing grief and loss would be an asset.\nCompensation and Benefits\n Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from
USD 80,000
