Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ADHD/Executive Function Coach to empower individuals with attention and organizational challenges to reach their full potential. In this dynamic role, you will provide personalized coaching that enhances executive functioning skills, promotes behavioral change, and supports overall well-being. Duties Develop customized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on improving executive functions such as organization, time management, and task initiation Use motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate positive behavioral change Provide emotional support and encouragement to help clients navigate challenges related to ADHD and executive functioning difficulties Incorporate health & wellness coaching strategies, including nutrition advice, lifestyle counseling, and weight management tips Conduct coaching sessions in person and via video conferencing software, ensuring clear communication and rapport building regardless of location Educate clients on behavior change strategies and organizational skills to enhance daily functioning and independence Maintain detailed records of client progress, care plans, and session notes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards Experience Proven experience in coaching or counseling individuals with ADHD or executive functioning challenges Strong background in health coaching, wellness coaching, or behavioral health disciplines such as yoga or lifestyle counseling Familiarity with teaching techniques related to organizational skills, IEP/504 advocacy, academic support, weight loss, or gym/fitness environments is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse clients Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients effectively while maintaining detailed documentation Join us in transforming lives through energetic support and expert guidance!
