Associate's degree in one of the following fields (social work, health and human services, addictions studies, child development/early intervention, psychology or sociology). Range 35
Wellness Coach II:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields (social work, health and human services, addiction studies, child development/early intervention, psychology or sociology). Range 43
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid, current California Driver's License
Evidence of Insurability
Wellness Coach I or II Certificate through the CA Dept of Health Care Access and Information (CDHCAI) Requirements / Qualifications Require application, resume, official transcripts, and certificates.
