Courage Life Coach The Courage Center - 4.0 Newington, CT Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Training program Motivational interviewing Conflict management Empathy Remote training Full Job Description Make a Difference in Your Community Courage Counseling Center is looking for a motivated and compassionate Courage Life Coach to support individuals in building confidence, setting goals, and developing essential life skills. You do NOT need prior life coaching experience, we provide structured training at a cost and ongoing support. If you are dependable, encouraging, and passionate about helping others grow, we would love to meet you. Training Program Selected candidates will complete a structured Life Coach training program. $800 Training cost for a 8 week certification program; payment plan available (the amount only applies to those without a Life Coach certification) What You'll Do Conduct 1:1 life coaching sessions using provided curriculum (virtual and/or in-person) Help clients identify goals and create actionable plans Provide accountability, encouragement, and structured feedback Track client progress and maintain confidential records Facilitate and support occasional group coaching workshops (if applicable) Support client referrals and program enrollment when appropriate Uphold professional and ethical coaching standards Attend team supervision meetings What We're Looking For Empathy and emotional intelligence Goal-setting and accountability structure Motivational interviewing Conflict resolution and mindset reframing Time management and self-direction Why Join Courage Counseling Center?
