Job Description

Expected dates: January 4, 2027

•April 2, 2027 (12 weeks)

Primary Coverage Need:

Nutrition & Health Coaching The primary responsibility will be one-on-one nutrition and health coaching appointments.

Coaching Schedule:

Tuesday:

8:30 AM

•4:00

PM Wednesday:

10:30 AM

•5:00

PM Thursday:

8:30 AM

•4:00 PM Six-session coaching program: Each session is 30 minutes. Coach will report Onsite, but all coaching can be conducted virtually. Members schedule their own appointments. These appointments would likely be conducted via Microsoft Teams or telephone. Minimal administrative coordination is required. Focus areas General wellness and nutrition coaching Chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, weight management)

Pay:

$30.00

•$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 per week

License/Certification:

Registered Dietitian (Required) Certified Health Coach (Required)
