Job Description

CLIMB LAB COACH / INSTRUCTOR

No climbing experience needed! Help Us Build Something Special Are you energetic, positive, and love working with kids? Do you want to be part of a growing program where you can make a real impact? We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Climb Lab Coaches, helping kids build confidence, strength, and life skills through movement and climbing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coach small groups of kids (ages vary) through structured climbing sessions Lead warm-ups, drills, and games Teach movement, coordination, and confidence Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment Encourage and motivate every child

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are: Energetic, upbeat, and positive Great with kids and patient Reliable and professional A strong communicator Passionate about fitness, sports, or helping others Bonus (not required): Coaching, teaching, or childcare experience Fitness, sports, or climbing background

WE'LL TRAIN YOU

No experience? No problem.

We provide full training on:

Our coaching system Class structure and flow How to work with kids of all levels

SCHEDULE

Part-time / full time-(with opportunity to grow) Need to be available weekdays
