Required Licenses & Certifications Within first year of employment must attain the following certifications; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Instructor, Basic Life Support Instructor. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required Current Illinois Paramedic licensure within the State of Illinois.
