Pay structure:

K/ PTO Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:

Consult with prospective patients to shape a MWLC program to their weight goals based on their needs. Motivate patients during daily visits. Provide individualized guidance to maximize benefits of their program. Educate patients on company products that will enhance their success. Assist clinic manager and staff with daily tasks for optimum clinic performance. Can work independently without directive.

Consultant Qualifications:

Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices. Possess active listening skills to develop customized strategies for individual patient needs. Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient's needs. Be goal oriented and motivated to achieve goals.

Clinic hours of operation:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am

• 6:00 pm Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am
• 7:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am
• 1:00 pm
• Must be available every other Saturday
