ABOUT US

The Exercise Coach was built on a simple belief: staying strong and healthy shouldn't feel like a hassle. Our Smart 20 Fitness Method delivers safe, effective, coach-led strength training in just two to three 20-minute sessions per week, powered by proprietary strength and interval technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coach adults through safe, effective strength, stretch and balance training sessions Educate clients on the benefits of strength training and healthy habits Track progress and perform fitness evaluations using proprietary technology Conduct consultations and follow up with potential clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others Strong communication and people skills Professional, positive energy CPR/AED certification (required before hire) Completion of The Exercise Coach Training Certification Program (provided) Interest in learning and providing assisted stretching services
