Job Description

Wellness Consultant / Lead Consultant - Weight Loss & Wellness (Part-Time) - Twin Cities Metro Area Livea is a fast-growing weight loss and wellness organization specializing in nutrition-based programs, medical weight management, GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, metabolic care, and a wide range of wellness products and services. For more than 16 years, Livea has been supporting clients with a comprehensive, results-driven approach to long-term health and success. Our teams are passionate about helping clients transform their lives—and we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, supporting sales growth, and helping individuals achieve their personal health goals. This position will support one or more of our Twin Cities metro locations based on business and staffing needs. Candidates must be open to working at various Livea locations throughout the metro area, which may include Apple Valley, Edina, Minnetonka, Roseville, and Coon Rapids.
What You'll Do:
Guide and support clients through our nutrition and wellness programs , as well as introduce appropriate medical options when applicable Conduct consultations with new clients and enroll them into programs that best fit their goals Educate clients on Livea's programs, products, services, and wellness offerings Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and support Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that enhance client results Drive center growth through client engagement, retention, referrals, and overall experience Promote awareness of nutrition, wellness, and medical offerings in a supportive, educational way Create a welcoming, polished, and engaging client experience Support daily operations, including scheduling, follow-up calls, and client communication Partner with leadership and contribute to overall team success
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience or confidence in a consultative, client-focused environment Background in medical, wellness, retail, nutrition, fitness, med spa, aesthetics, or customer service preferred Medical background is a plus, but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable educating clients and making personalized recommendations Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed Leadership mindset with interest in growth and advancement Positive, polished, and professional presence Strong work ethic with ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Schedule Requirements:
Part-time position (approximately 20-30 hours per week) We are ideally seeking someone who is available Wednesday through Friday, along with three Saturday mornings per month. Candidates must be available Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and three Saturdays per month from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
