Job Description
Job Summary:
The Success Coach will collaborate with school administrators and college partners regarding Grow Your Own scholarship recipient awards and classroom placements. The Success Coach will maintain consistent communication with Grow Your Own scholarship recipients to connect them with college support services and help reduce barriers that impact student success. This position will also support family engagement efforts and/or promote culturally responsive practices throughout NCIC member districts.
The employee must demonstrate strong communication, organization, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Bilingual skills are welcome. This is a part-time position requiring 14-16 hours per week, during the school year. To see the full job description, please click the link below.
