Summary:

Fitness Specialist provides wellness center supervision, interacts with members and program participants, monitors equipment and participant safety, supports delivery of health and fitness programs and services to employee population.

Duties:

Develops fitness programs and supports fitness center supervision. May lead or instruct individuals and groups participating in fitness center activities. Assists in the development and implementation of health and fitness initiatives for employee population. Provides customer support by assisting members with fitness programs and wellness consultations. Performs fitness assessments and develops job-specific conditioning programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in physiology, health related science, or wellness related field. Health and Fitness industry certifications preferred.

Qualifications:

0-2 Years of Experience of group training or personal training Ability to work: Ability to work early and/or late shift. M-F Part time / flexible hours 0-20 hours week (example: 430 am-900 am or 3:00 pm-8:00 pm) Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
