We're looking for positive, motivated individuals who are excited to build relationships, educate customers on nutrition products, and encourage others to stay consistent with their health and wellness goals. What You'll Do Welcome every customer with genuine enthusiasm and create a fun, positive experience. Prepare high-quality shakes, teas, and other menu items according to club standards. Educate customers about our products and help them choose options that fit their goals. Build lasting relationships by checking in with customers and encouraging consistency on their wellness journey. Help grow the club by leveraging your personal network and community connections, participating in outreach opportunities, engaging on social media, generating referrals, and inviting new guests to experience Sips. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club environment. Process transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service. Work collaboratively with the team to create an encouraging and uplifting atmosphere. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys talking with people. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth. Coachable and eager to learn. Comfortable building relationships and following up with customers. Active on social media or willing to learn how to promote the club online. Excited to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its community. Preferred Qualifications Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required. Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or hospitality is helpful. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
