• A state-wide organization is seeking applicants who have previous experience working with individuals with special needs, including developmental and physical disabilities.

The job would consist teaching in-home basic skills such as simple meal preparation and light housework. It would also include community training such as walks around the neighborhood, stretching, and implementing light exercises for physical activity. Based on family requests, activities may also include supermarket visit, money and time lessons, and basic reading skills. Also Seeking someone who is ready good with Arts & Crafts. The perfect candidate must possess a passion for health and wellness. A Heart Of Gold is A Must. Also Consistent and reliable with the schedule ( clients hours ) must be met. Must be organized and neat with all paperwork. This is a must They must also have a strong desire to help others achieve their personal goals. A background check will be conducted at the end of the interview process.

Qualifications:

. Long term position ( Reliable and Hard Working a MUST ) .Experience working as a DSP A Plus

• Experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a MUST
• Friendly demeanor to clients and families
• Must be able to answer e-mails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner
• Must be assertive, enthusiastic and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Must work hours which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends - based on family needs
• Willingness and commitment to work with a diverse client base
• Exercise instruction experience (personal training) preferred
• Undergraduate Degree in Exercise Sciences (Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, etc.) (preferred)
• Experience in medically oriented fitness setting (preferred)
