Job Description:
The Springs at Happy Valley is hiring a Fitness and Wellness Coach for our upscale senior living community. Do you have a passion for helping older adults develop and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle so they can live life to its fullest? If so, let's talk!
Responsibilities:
Develop our dynamic, cutting-edge land and water fitness programs Lead exercise, meditation and stress management classes following evidence based, best practice programs, as well as, providing one-on-one personal training to residents with a variety of fitness levels and needs Assist residents as they actively work toward better health by providing support, encouragement and education for their individual wellness and fitness goals
Qualifications:
Current Personal Training certification Proven innovative fitness programming knowledge and a passion for working with older adults required A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required at time of job offer CPR and First Aid certified
