We're a small, physician-led team focused on metabolic health, sustainable weight management, GI health, and functional medicine. We've been in practice for almost 25 years, and we're looking for an RD who wants to do thoughtful clinical nutrition work that genuinely helps patients improve their health. You'll work closely with our physicians and care team while building long-term relationships with patients. We're looking forward to meeting you! About Diata Health Diata Health is a physician-led metabolic health clinic in Bryn Mawr, PA. We provide personalized, lab-informed care that combines nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and physician-directed treatment plans. Our patients are seen virtually. We prefer someone who can collaborate with the team from our Bryn Mawr office regularly, but we will consider an exceptional remote candidate. The Role Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling for patients working on weight management and metabolic health goals Translate clinical information into practical, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle plans Collaborate directly with Dr. Constable, Dr. Bravo, and the broader care team Build supportive, ongoing patient relationships in a salaried role rather than a per-patient model What You'll Do Conduct virtual initial visits and follow-ups Provide personalized nutrition guidance based on each patient's clinical picture, symptoms, and goals Help patients implement sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes Educate patients on blood-sugar regulation, macronutrient balance, food quality, and metabolic health Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans Document visits and progress in the EHR Provide accountability, encouragement, and practical problem-solving

Who We're Looking For Required:
