Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Integrative Health Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as a vital connector between conventional medicine and holistic health practices, providing comprehensive patient assessments and personalized wellness plans. Your expertise will help patients achieve optimal health. current position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through compassionate care and innovative health solutions. You will also get trained in Integrating Ayurveda with other integrative modalities. Duties Conduct thorough patient intake interviews to gather detailed health histories and understand individual wellness goals Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostics evaluations, to identify health concerns and opportunities for integrative approaches Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle modifications, nutritional guidance, or complementary therapies Educate patients on medical terminology relevant to their conditions and treatment options to foster understanding and engagement Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans, ensuring seamless integration of traditional and holistic practices Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with healthcare regulations Support ongoing patient service by answering questions, providing motivational guidance, and encouraging adherence to wellness protocols Requirements Proven experience in patient service roles within healthcare or wellness settings Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform assessments and treatment planning Skilled in conducting patient intake procedures and comprehensive health assessments Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex health concepts in accessible language Ability to interpret clinical data and utilize it effectively in developing integrative health strategies Knowledge of current best practices in holistic health modalities is preferred but not required Certification or licensure as an Integrative Health Practitioner or related credential is highly desirable Join us in transforming healthcare by empowering individuals through integrative approaches that blend science with compassionate care.
