Invisa-Red Health Consultant & Sales Coach Base Pay:

As an Invisa-Red Health & Sales Coach , you'll meet with prospective clients, learn about their weight-loss and wellness goals, educate them on our Invisa-Red Light Therapy program and nutritional coaching, and recommend personalized treatment plans designed to help them succeed. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales, health and wellness, and being rewarded for performance. What You'll Do Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations with prospective clients. Build trust by understanding each client's health, weight-loss, and body contouring goals. Recommend treatment plans and package options that best fit each client's needs. Confidently present pricing and financing options. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining exceptional patient care. Schedule new patient appointments and treatment sessions. Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize retention and referrals. Provide accountability, encouragement, and coaching throughout each client's journey. Screen patients to ensure they qualify for treatment. Educate clients on our nutritional program and red light therapy protocols. Maintain detailed patient records and appointment schedules. Participate in ongoing sales and product training. What We're Looking For A health and wellness enthusiast with sales experience and a passion for closing deals. Someone who enjoys talking with people and building lasting relationships. A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale. Positive, energetic, and coachable. Organized with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently while contributing to a team culture. Passion for health, fitness, or wellness is a major plus. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Required) Minimum 1 year in the health and wellness industry (Preferred) Computer skills (Preferred) Health coaching experience is a plus—we'll train the right person!
