Posting Details Position Information Job Title Federal Work Study-Student Worker Classification Title Campus Location ASU Beebe Job Description Health Information Technology is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 12 hours per week for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 terms.

Duties include:

with clerical support/take messages Copying, printing, scanning, shredding, and organizing course and program materials Updating spreadsheets for enrollment tracking Compiling data on students who have passed/failed the registry exam Salary Required Qualifications Organized Attention to Detail Knowledge of administrative duties to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Well versed in how to answer the phone and take messages Experience with the Health Information program would be an added bonus Preferred Qualifications Minimum Salary or Salary Range $11.00 per hour Physical Activities Stand Walk Sit Use hand to finger, handle, or feel Reach with hands and arms Climb or balance Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Talk or Hear Taste or smell Physical Exertion Up to 10 pounds Up to 25 pounds Up to 50 pounds More than 100 pounds Up to 100 pounds Vision Requirements Does this position have any special vision requirements?
