You will provide your knowledge and expertise to top managers at client organizations across this industry.

You will coach, lead, and advise consultants as they develop, framing business problems in a way that they can take action to solve. You will join teams in problem solving sessions and be a thought partner to engagement managers on both team and client management.

You will be based in one of our North America offices as part of our broader Social, Healthcare and Public Sector (SHaPE) Practice, specifically working with our dedicated Healthcare team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Undergraduate degree required, master's degree preferred

10+ years of professional experience working with healthcare provider clients and/or working in the healthcare industry specifically on the provider side

Prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm preferred

Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

Publication of knowledge or thought leadership in your industry space is a plus

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $243,000

• $249,000 USD gross per year.

This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest

[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current

organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion

and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to the wellness of our colleagues and their families.
