Position Overview As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you are not just filling a role; you are becoming a key player in a ministry of care. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate morning and evening care routines with a focus on the individual needs and dignity of each patient. Respond immediately to reports of discomfort, embodying our culture of treating patients as trusted family members. Aid in the implementation of individualized nutritional protocols, being mindful of the interconnectedness of physical and emotional health. Qualifications:
