Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living or home care settings, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and ensuring the well-being of those you care for. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring any changes are communicated to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Administer medication as prescribed and assist with tube feeding when necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided in compliance with company policies and procedures, including using electronic health records systems like Cerner when applicable. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Experience Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or senior care is preferred. Familiarity with vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and tube feeding techniques is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset. A background in nursing or related healthcare fields is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Pay:
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
