Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining dietary restrictions as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Follow care plans and adhere to facility policies and procedures. Accurately document care and services provided.

Requirements:
