Job Description

Position Summary The Alternate Administrator serves as the designated leader in the absence of the Administrator and assists with daily agency operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities Assist with agency management and daily operations. Support compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist with staff supervision and quality improvement. Serve as Acting Administrator when needed. Support agency licensing, accreditation, and survey readiness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field . Minimum one (1) year of supervisory healthcare experience . Home Health experience preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay:

$26.00 - $36.00 per hour
