Job Description

Orthopedic Clinical Lead Join a dynamic and growing orthopedic medical group as a Clinical Lead, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading clinical excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned healthcare professional to influence clinical practices, mentor staff, and contribute to the overall success of a busy orthopedic practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations within the orthopedic medical group to ensure high-quality patient care Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and improve patient outcomes Collaborate with administrative leadership to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and patient satisfaction Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives Stay current with advancements in orthopedic care and integrate best practices into clinical protocols Facilitate effective communication between clinical teams and other departments
Skills and Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or related specialty Proven experience in orthopedic clinical practice, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures, treatments, and patient management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes Our organization fosters a collaborative and innovative environment dedicated to professional growth and exceptional patient outcomes.
