EXCLUSIVELY TREATING FIRST RESPONDERS - 6 BED FACILITY
We are a one-of-a-kind, first in the nation, executive residential treatment program focusing specifically on trauma related issues audits residents(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Acute Distress and Adjustment Disorder) as well as other mental health challenges that tie directly to the addictive process. Located in rural Los Angeles County, our program offers individualized treatment programs with an emphasis on evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Group Therapy. We also are licensed for detoxification. Our primary mission is to provided unsurpassed medical, psychological and emotional care in a safe, confidential environment, thus resulting in the restoration of careers, relationships and lives. Experts include medical directors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, registered drug and alcohol technicians and registered nurses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct and implement all program and administrative and program operations. Develop and administer a plan for the orientation, development and training of the staff. Develops administrative, personnel and program policies while continuing to explicate an organizational culture that is empowering and motivational with all employees. Manages all licensing requirements, regularly audits resident's charts as well as supports and prepares staff for licensing on-site visits. Attends clinical and treatment meetings. Facilitate and create a schedule for all group therapy. Develops workshop and training seminars. Knowledge of and ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations of the state of California. Oversee evaluations of private contractors as needed. Other Key Criteria Experience in an organization, recovery program or human service venue with a proven ability to bring passion, vision, direction, and inspiration to others. Exemplary experience in the planning, delivery and administration of human service, addiction and/or mental health programs and is able to use this background to enhance the clinical and programmatic services of the organization. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. The ability to multi-task effectively , exhibit integrity in all circumstances and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the task done. Without exception, must possess a Bachelors Degree or above from an accredited or state approved school. Have a effective strong leadership and/or supervisory background with a outstanding employment history.
