Job Summary The Clinical Operations Supervisor is the senior operational leader of the hospital floor and is responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position oversees daily clinical operations, drives accountability, develops staff, and ensures consistent execution of The Sams Clinic standards. The Supervisor serves as the direct link between hospital leadership and frontline teams while promoting a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement. Duties 1.
