We are a privately owned, growing general dental practice , providing a wide range of general and expanded dental services to our community in Northern Colorado . What We're Looking For Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator is someone who is: Professional, friendly, and personable with a genuine passion for helping people Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and proactive Warm, confident, and comfortable communicating with patients in person, over the phone, and electronically Excited to learn, grow, and take ownership of their role A strong communicator who can build trust and positive relationships with patients Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment Passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience Health-minded and committed to providing quality care Comfortable discussing treatment, scheduling, financial arrangements, and insurance with patients Professional in appearance, communication, and conduct Dental experience preferred; experience with Open Dental is a plus Amazing personality and a genuine desire to serve others is a must! What You'll Do As our Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional and friendly first impression Managing the front desk and daily patient flow Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Answering incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and patient questions Collecting patient payments and assisting with financial discussions Verifying dental insurance benefits Managing insurance claims and following up on outstanding claims Managing dentist and hygiene schedules to ensure efficient use of the schedule and support practice production goals Following up with patients on unscheduled treatment Managing recall and re-care lists Monitoring and managing accounts receivable Assisting with clinical charting for the dentist and hygienist as needed Communicating effectively and professionally with patients and the entire dental team Helping ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from their first contact through their entire visit Why Maven Smile Design?
