Full-Time | Leadership Position | Implant & Digital Dentistry We are a high-volume, technology-driven dental implant practice focused on complex implant rehabilitation and full-arch dentistry. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Digital & Clinical Coordination to take ownership of the clinical and digital workflow for our full-arch patients. This is not a traditional dental assistant, front-desk, or office-manager position. We are looking for a highly organized clinical leader who can oversee each patient's journey from case acceptance through surgery, healing, final prosthetic treatment, delivery, and maintenance . The right person will become the central point of accountability for clinical case progression—ensuring that records are complete, digital workflows are executed correctly, laboratory cases remain on schedule, surgical cases are fully prepared, and no patient ever falls through the cracks. The Role Once a patient accepts treatment with our Treatment Coordinator, you become the operational owner of that patient's clinical journey. You will oversee and coordinate the patient's progression through: Case Acceptance → Records → Digital Planning → Lab Submission → Surgical Readiness → Surgery → Immediate Prosthesis → Healing → Final Records → Prototype/Try-In → Final Prosthesis → Delivery → Maintenance You will work directly with our doctors, Treatment Coordinators, clinical team, digital department, laboratory partners, scheduling team, and administrative leadership. Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Case Management Maintain a master clinical tracker for all active full-arch patients. Know exactly what stage every patient is in at all times. Identify missing records, appointments, approvals, laboratory items, or clinical requirements before they create delays. Ensure patients progress appropriately from surgery through restorative completion. Prevent patients and cases from becoming lost, delayed, or stalled within the practice. Conduct regular case-status reviews with the clinical and administrative teams. Digital Workflow & Records Oversee the collection, organization, quality control, and transfer of digital clinical records, including: CBCT imaging Intraoral scans Photographs Digital impressions Bite records Prosthetic records Digital treatment-planning files Laboratory prescriptions and submissions Final restorative records Ensure that required records are complete and usable before cases advance to the next stage. Laboratory Coordination Track all laboratory cases from submission through delivery. Maintain communication with internal and external laboratory partners. Verify laboratory deadlines against scheduled patient appointments. Confirm that prostheses, prototypes, components, and necessary materials are available before treatment. Immediately escalate delays or discrepancies that could affect patient care or scheduling. Surgical Readiness Before a full-arch surgical case proceeds, ensure that all required clinical and operational elements are complete. This includes confirming that appropriate records, treatment plans, laboratory work, components, medical documentation, and clinical requirements are in place. The Head of Digital & Clinical Coordination has the authority and responsibility to flag or stop an unprepared case from advancing until outstanding requirements are resolved. Patient Progression Following surgery, actively track each patient through: Immediate postoperative phase Healing Follow-up appointments Final restorative records Prototype/try-in appointments Final prosthesis fabrication Final delivery Long-term maintenance Patients should never have to call the practice asking, "What happens next?" Leadership & Accountability This is a leadership position. You will be expected to create accountability across departments and communicate clearly when something is preventing a case from progressing. You should be comfortable working with doctors, Treatment Coordinators, dental assistants, laboratory technicians, administrative staff, and outside vendors. You must be willing to respectfully but firmly hold team members accountable for completing the tasks necessary to keep patients moving through treatment.

Pay:

$41.34 - $49.78 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
