Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative/clerical functions of the practice and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the daily operations of the practice. Supervises the administrative staff, assists the psychiatric department management staff and practice operations including scheduling, work flow, service delivery and employee performance. Serves as primary resource to office staff on administrative matters including, but not limited to: patient flow, office operations, customer service, health insurance, benefit collection, insurance authorizations, billing/coding requirements and EMR functionality and utilization. Qualifications High School Diploma Required, post-secondary degree preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral health practice required Previous management/supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Bilingual a plus Computer proficiency and ability to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information We take great care of careers.
