We are evolving into a hybrid service model , blending community-based care with telehealth to reach families where they are; in their homes, schools, libraries, and digital spaces. Our approach integrates therapy, wellness education, and culturally grounded practices to build stronger, healthier families. About the Role We're seeking a Clinical Supervisor who's not only skilled in clinical oversight but also passionate about leadership, mentorship, and innovation. You'll guide a small team of therapists and interns, ensuring quality care while helping shape programs that meet the needs of Delaware's youth and families. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision for therapists and interns (virtual + in-person). Review and co-sign clinical documentation to ensure compliance and quality. Offer case consultation and ongoing support to promote staff growth. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen youth-focused hybrid programming. Help design and implement community-based initiatives and wellness groups. Promote ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed care. Thrive in collaborative, mission-driven environments. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active Delaware clinical license (LPCMH, LCSW, LMFT). Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to oversee both in-person and virtual clinical work.
