Job Description

Site Lead - Inpatient Behavioral Health & Addiction Treatment Harrington, DE | $85K-$90K+ | Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM | No Weekends Lead the program. Develop the team. Have a real say in how things operate. If you've built your career in behavioral health or addiction treatment and are ready for a leadership opportunity where you can have real ownership of a program, look no further! We're looking for a Site Lead to take on the day-to-day leadership of a large inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment program in Harrington. You'll be stepping into an established program where your focus goes beyond simply keeping operations moving. You'll lead staff, strengthen workflows, support the clinical team, monitor quality and compliance, and identify ways to make the program better. Most importantly, this is an environment where leaders are expected to bring ideas to the table, make decisions, and help shape how the program evolves. What You'll Own As Site Lead, you'll be at the center of the program's day-to-day operations and work closely with clinical leadership to ensure both the team and the program are performing at a high level.
You'll:
Lead daily operations, staffing, workflow, admissions, and overall site performance Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Partner with clinicians and leadership to support effective treatment delivery Oversee documentation, EHR utilization, compliance, quality, and program outcomes Identify operational challenges and implement solutions Help strengthen referral relationships, community partnerships, and program growth Bring forward new ideas and help build processes as the organization evolves What Makes This Opportunity Different Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM — no evenings or weekends $85,000-$90,000+, with flexibility based on experience Additional bonus opportunity Leadership of an established inpatient behavioral health & addiction treatment program Significant autonomy and visibility within a growing organization Opportunity to influence workflows, processes, and program development Growth potential as the organization continues to expand Who We're Looking For We're looking for an established leader who understands behavioral health and substance use from the inside out. Ideally, you'll bring: 2+ years of behavioral health experience Previous people, program, or operational leadership experience A strong understanding of substance use and/or mental health treatment Experience with clinical documentation and EHR/EMR systems The confidence to lead independently, make decisions, and hold a team accountable A Delaware behavioral health professional license or equivalent national certification Ready for more ownership?
