$70,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience Future Position Opportunity Sunshine Minds Behavior Services Corp. is accepting applications in advance for an anticipated opening in the coming months . Immediate availability is not required. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, proactive ABA Operations Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our behavioral health agency. This is a leadership position responsible for coordinating and supervising the agency's administrative functions while working closely with clinical leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff. Manage client intake and onboarding . Oversee insurance eligibility and benefits verification. Manage authorizations and reauthorizations . Oversee billing, claims, denials, payment follow-up, and Accounts Receivable (A/R) . Coordinate provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider rosters . Oversee administrative HR and provider documentation . Monitor deadlines, payer requirements, and administrative compliance. Communicate with Medicaid, MCOs, commercial insurance plans, providers, families, and staff. Coordinate administrative processes with the agency's clinical leadership. Identify operational problems and implement efficient solutions. Use technology and AI to improve organization, productivity, and administrative workflows. Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare administrative management, ABA, behavioral health, medical practice management, or a related healthcare environment . Experience working with health insurance, authorizations, billing, claims, and A/R . Knowledge of Medicaid, MCOs, and/or commercial health insurance. Previous experience supervising administrative staff. Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word . Comfortable with Google Workspace and technology. Experience using AI tools in a professional environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Fluent English and Spanish required. Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$80,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. One week of paid vacation per year. Work Location & Schedule This is a 100% in-office position in Lantana, Florida .
