The ideal candidate will be a primary point of contact for patients during check-in and check-out, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for patients during check-in and check-out. Schedule follow-up visits and coordinate laboratory appointments. Process patient payments and issue receipts. Place supplement orders and maintain inventory. Create invoices and facilitate compounded medication orders with partner pharmacies. Communicate with patients regarding care plans and treatment instructions. Support providers and staff with efficient patient flow. Essential Skills Prior experience working in a medical office, wellness clinic, or comparable patient-care environment. Experience in patient check-in and check-out with professional, patient-centered service. Ability to schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and laboratory services. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and maintaining accurate patient information. Experience in collecting payments, issuing receipts, and creating invoices. Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in an aesthetics, anti-aging, functional medicine, or integrative wellness practice. Experience coordinating with outside laboratories. Familiarity with compounded medication orders and partner pharmacies. Experience in placing supplement orders and maintaining inventory. Knowledge of communicating care-plan steps, treatment instructions, and follow-up requirements to patients. Medical Assistant certification, registration, or diploma. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in a medical wellness clinic. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
