Training Future MAs Responsibilities:
- Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
- Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
- Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork
Qualifications:
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!
